Can you deliver to anywhere in Australia?

We can deliver to most places in Australia, as long as you have an address and not a Po Box.

When will you send my items?

Ripple Craft use Australia Post and we will post your items as soon as they are ready. All items are handmade and made to order.

What if my items are lost in the mail?

Ripple Craft cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the mail. Please ensure you have provided a correct address, we cannot deliver to Po Boxes.

Can we deliver in a hurry?

Urgent orders, if you would like your order in a hurry please email us to find out if the order will make it in time for your deadline.

Can I return the item?

Ripple Craft has a no returns policy for change of mind. As our products are handmade there may be slight differences in finish eg. grain in timber. Please contact us if you are unhappy with your order.

What about shipping costs?

Ripple Craft offers a free pick service from Shepparton VIC 3630 (by appointment only).

Free delivery if your order is more than $600 within 50km of our workshop.

For all other shipping please contact us for a quote. We can post items via a courier service we just require your postcode to organise the quote. Learn more.

Can you supply wholesale?

We are happy to look at any large orders you have in mind, however please bear in mind that any orders that go into the hundreds for example, could take some time because of being such a small operation and everything is handmade. But we are more than happy to talk to you about these kinds of inquiries and see if we can sort something out.
